	Online and Groupware's mission is to design, develop and market an innovative server software platform that supplies the end user with all the functions of personal productivity, file and data management, information sharing and contact (following third party contacts, through integrated and organized services available via a traditional web browser.

Online and Groupware introduces a totally new model, which is robust, secure, reliable and cost effective for digital content sourcing, storage, management and distribution.

We provide an innovative integrated services web delivery platform , that enables end users (for individual as well as for business purpose) from any location to quickly create, find and work with information, regardless of its format, with a very little knowledge of computing techniques .

This can be achieved in real time, regardless of the device as long as the users has access to a TAP (Transactional Access Point).
A TAP is available on any terminal (edge computer) , currently a desktop/Laptop computer, a PocketPC or a mobile telephone and soon a TV + its set top box or any connected device supporting a Java Virtual Machine and a Web Browser. The protocol that provides and manages organised information on a TAP is TAPP - Transactional Access Point Protocol - and our infrastructure software is a TAPE (Transactional Access Point Engine).

Doing so, we intend to complete and eventually substitute the operating system and the many software hosted on the user's desktop computer, by a fully automated suite of integrated services that organise interactively between his personal productivity, projects, documents, content and relationship management, information sharing and communication.

We supply the industry (Software Vendors, Hardware Manufacturers, Operators and XSPs) with our OEM software server infrastructure, based on J2EE and SQL, that enables our partners to affordably, with very little development resources, quickly bring to market their full web solutions. based on TAPP.
